About Claim.ca

Claim.ca helps Canadians find, follow and file class action claims, and find legal help with a personal injury or disability claim.

Knowing whether a claim applies to you and what to do next should be easier. Claim.ca brings eligibility information, deadlines and next steps together in one place.

The lawyer behind Claim.ca

I'm Marty Mikhail, an Ontario lawyer practising with Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP. I focus on representing people who have been injured or denied long-term disability benefits.

I act for individuals, not insurance companies, employers or corporations.

I created Claim.ca to make information about claims more accessible and help people take the next step when they need legal assistance.

The Class Action Tracker

The Class Action Tracker is a free resource covering Canadian class actions. It explains who may qualify, important dates and how to submit a claim when claims are open. You can also follow ongoing cases and subscribe to updates.

I compile and review the listings using court filings, administrator notices and other public sources. Each listing directs you to relevant official information.

The tracker covers cases across Canada. It is an independent information resource, not an official claims registry, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any court, government or claims administrator. A listing does not mean that I or Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP represent the class. Any involvement as counsel will be expressly identified.

Help with injury and disability claims

I represent people in Ontario with personal injury and long-term disability matters, including motor vehicle collisions, slips and falls, dog attacks, and denied or terminated disability benefits.

If you are unsure whether your situation could support a claim, you can get in touch to discuss what happened and whether I can assist.

I practise in Ontario. If you are elsewhere in Canada, I may be able to help you connect with a lawyer in your province.

How fees work

Most of my injury and disability cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis, meaning legal fees depend on a successful recovery. The applicable fees, expenses and other terms are explained in a written agreement before you decide whether to proceed.
